Privacy notice
Last updated: 16 October 2026
This notice explains how Create & Bloom Arts Club ("we", "us") uses personal information when you contact us, book a workshop or a party, or use this website.
Who we are
Create & Bloom Arts Club is run by Ioana Tatiana Lupascu, 70 Park Street, Horsham RH12 1BX, who is the controller of your information. Contact: createbloomartsclub1@gmail.com, 07774 499271.
What we collect
- What you send through the booking form: your name, phone number, email address, the workshop, who it's for, how many people, the day you'd prefer and your message.
- What you send on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
- If you book: the names and ages of the people coming, and anything you tell us about allergies or needs so we can keep everyone safe. Allergy and health details are only used for that.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange your booking: steps you asked us to take before a contract, and the contract itself (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the records tax law requires: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
- Allergy or health details you choose to give us: your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep this website secure and working: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
We don't use your details for marketing and we don't sell them. We don't take photos of children at workshops or parties without a parent's permission.
Who helps us
These providers handle information for us, only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and processes form submissions.
- Resend, which delivers the form to our email inbox.
- Afaceri Diaspora Ltd, which built and maintains this website and keeps a copy of form messages so none are lost.
- WhatsApp (Meta) and our email provider, when you contact us that way.
- Google, only if you choose to load the map.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Allergy and health details are deleted after the workshop or party. Payment records are kept for six years, as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it or ask us to restrict it. Email createbloomartsclub1@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
